AI Visibility

Customers ask an assistant before they ask anyone else, and the assistant answers whether or not the business has a say in it. This product measures those answers first, because a recorded transcript where ChatGPT never mentions your award is a fact, while being told your site needs optimizing is a pitch.

The read is twenty recorded answers per business, ten from ChatGPT and ten from Claude, two questions run five times each with web search switched off, so it measures what the models carry by default rather than what they can look up. That produces two scores out of ten. Awareness is how right they are when asked who you are. Discoverability is whether you appear at all when asked who the best in the category are.

The field calls this GEO, generative engine optimization, and also AEO and AIO depending on who is writing. The names are still moving. The work underneath is stable: correct structured data, an llms.txt that states the facts a model should carry, server-rendered text a crawler can read without running JavaScript, and a page per service in plain language.

// what you get

What's included.

  • Twenty recorded answers per business across ChatGPT and Claude, every transcript kept
  • Awareness and Discoverability scored out of ten, plus a leaderboard of who gets recommended instead
  • A technical audit: AI crawler rules, llms.txt, schema types, readable text against page weight
  • Correct, specific structured data, replacing the generic type most sites declare
  • Server-rendered text for anything currently drawn by JavaScript
  • Re-measurement on the same twenty questions after the work, so the change is a number
// where it fits

The situations this is usually bought for.

A competitor named in every answer

Asked for the best in the category, the assistants list three businesses and none of them is yours. The leaderboard shows who, and the audit usually shows why.

An assistant giving out old information

A model confidently describes a service the business stopped offering. Fixing it at the source means the structured data and the readable text, not a correction form.

A site invisible to crawlers that do not run JavaScript

Everything renders client-side, so the page a crawler sees is nearly empty. Server-rendering the text is the whole fix.
