A self-managed website for a Nepal-based nonprofit, built on an open-source CMS and shipped with AI from the first commit. Staff edit every block themselves.
Pathway has run managed IT, cybersecurity, and a Tier III data centre out of Markham, Ontario for about thirty years, on infrastructure that stays in Canada. The rebuild moves them off WordPress and sorts ninety-odd pages into the handful of routes buyers actually take.

Board meeting software: drag-and-drop agendas, one-click meeting packets, and an AI copilot for the busywork, so boards can focus on the decisions.
A map-based marketplace where creators and small businesses show their work, sell, and get booked by people nearby. Built as an installable web app, so there is no app store between someone hearing about it and using it.

A site for a regulated cardiac monitoring company. Every product claim is checked against the rules at save time, and nothing publishes without regulatory sign-off, so marketing can move without putting a clearance at risk.
