The Silent Partner
A self-managed website for a Nepal-based nonprofit, built on an open-source CMS and a modern web stack and shipped with AI from the first commit. The staff run it themselves. No developer required for an edit.
The Silent Partner is a faith-based nonprofit serving orphans, the elderly, women, and children across Nepal. They needed a site their own small team could run day to day, not one that called a developer for every change to a date, a story, or a photo.
Every page is a stack of editable blocks. Staff change the hero, the ministries grid, the impact numbers, and the stories themselves, with live preview before anything publishes. Donations run through their existing online-giving account, and contact-form messages land straight in their inbox. The admin also has a built-in AI assistant, so non-technical staff can manage the site by simply asking.
An open-source content management system on a modern web framework, with managed cloud hosting for the content, images, and email. A content change is live in seconds, and the whole thing costs a nonprofit almost nothing to run.
We designed, wrote, and refined it with AI from the first commit: the content model, the copy, and the components included. That is how a small nonprofit got an agency-grade, fully self-managed site on a nonprofit budget and timeline.
